Stephanie Biello, a well-respected and influential real estate leader, has achieved remarkable success since obtaining her sales license in 2002. With extensive experience in residential real estate, Stephanie has effectively sold millions of dollars’ worth of properties. Originally from Houston, Texas, Stephanie relocated to Philadelphia in 1987 and has since become an integral part of the city's real estate market. Currently affiliated with Kurfiss Sotheby's International Realty, Stephanie served as the Director of Sales & Agent Success for Atlantic Shores Sotheby's International Realty where she conducted training in leveraging the power and prestige of Sotheby's International Realty to help agents reach their maximum potential.

As a Certified Real Estate Probate Specialist, she skillfully navigates her clients through the probate process during their most challenging moments. Her in-depth understanding of the complex legal and financial aspects of probate sales makes her an invaluable resource for clients looking to sell inherited properties.

She served as the President of the Greater Philadelphia Association of REALTORS® and held the position for two consecutive terms during the pandemic, in 2020 and 2021. Outside of her professional endeavors, Stephanie enjoys playing volleyball, spending time at the beach, and cherishing moments with her four children and grandchildren.
